Julia Gülden-Zeisberger is new CMO of Venionaire Capital
Julia Gülden-Zeisberger (40) joined the venture capital and private equity specialist as the new Chief Marketing Officer at the beginning of September.
As a marketing professional with more than ten years of cross-industry experience, Julia Gülden-Zeisberger (40) has been responsible for the development and implementation of the international marketing strategy and public relations at Venionaire Capital since the beginning of September in the newly created position of Chief Marketing Officer. Most recently, Julia Gülden-Zeisberger worked as a marketing manager at the law firm Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner, which specializes in commercial law. She started her career at KYOCERA, one of the world’s leading technology groups.
International growth brings new challenges in communication
“Over the past ten years we have been driving innovation and supporting startups in Europe – and we have big plans for the future. I am happy to have Julia Gülden-Zeisberger on board. With her diverse marketing expertise, she will significantly strengthen Venionaire Capital. Our European growth strategy also needs a team of specialists who design and control our brand image and our communication across Europe.”
said Berthold Baurek-Karlic, CEO and Founder of Venionaire Capital.
Further international growth steps are imminent
The Venionaire Group currently manages two funds via the regulated subsidiaries (so-called AIFMs) in Austria (Venionaire Investment Ges.m.b.H) and Luxembourg (Venionaire Ventures SÀRL). With the recently launched “Tigris Web3” fund – the first crypto fund in Austria to be registered with the Financial Market Authority (FMA) – Venionaire Capital once again became a pioneer and consolidated its market position in Europe. After three successful exits this year, the syndicate fund of the European Super Angels Club (ESAC), the “EXF Alpha S.C.S”, currently holds more than eleven promising portfolio companies. Another fund on the subject of “Biotech & Life Sciences” in cooperation with the Health Hub in Tyrol is currently being registered. Further international growth steps are now imminent, such as the establishment of a branch in the United Kingdom, which is intended to support scale-ups in large investment rounds of over EUR 40 million.
These diverse communication tasks made it necessary to set up a separate department, especially in order to be able to support the portfolio companies even better in their communication agendas in the future.
Unique opportunity to be part of a visionary company
“The position is a unique opportunity to be part of a company with a strong vision and to further advance the international growth course together with an inspiring team. Venionaire Capital’s incredibly broad field of activity also entails a correspondingly diverse and exciting range of communication tasks.”
said Julia Gülden-Zeisberger about the new role at Venionaire Capital.
Born in Lower Austria, she studied business administration with a focus on commercial law at the University of Vienna and completed a master’s degree in PR & integrated communication at the Danube University Krems.
